Welcome to Church Manager , the digital solution designed to support Churches in the modern, seamless, and secure management of their members, services, groups, budgets, appointments, and more. These General Terms of Use (GTU) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (user, Church, administrator, or member) and the Publisher of the application Church Manager. They govern access, registration, usage, and responsibilities related to the services offered on our web and mobile platform. By accessing our application, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these GTU, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you are requested not to use the application or its services. Use of our services implies full and complete adherence to these GTU. They apply to any person accessing our application, whether a simple visitor, registered member, administrator, or legal representative of a Church. We invite you to read this entire document carefully. In case of disagreement, you must refrain from using any part of our services. Continuing to browse or use the application constitutes final and unconditional acceptance of these GTU.
These General Terms of Use (“GTU”) aim to define the conditions and rules of access to the site Church Manager(“the Application”) and all of its web or mobile services. Any connection, registration, or even occasional use implies full and unconditional acceptance of the GTU by the user.
For a clear understanding of the GTU:

Publisher: company operating the Application.
Newcomer: Person attending a service for the first time and not yet registered.
Services: All features offered: management of members, services, budgets, groups, appointments, etc.
Manager: User with administrative rights limited to a department (e.g., choir leader).
The Application: Web (and potentially mobile) software interface allowing users to log into Church Manager and use its features.
The Church: A religious organization registered on Church Manager. It may be led by one or more administrators and include multiple members.
Extension Church: A church affiliated with a main church, often sharing common leadership or spiritual and administrative oversight, but having its own space and members within the application.
Member or Congregant: Any individual belonging to a church registered on Church Manager A member may register via a link provided by the church or be manually added by an administrator.
Functionality: A specific tool or module provided by Church Manager such as member management, budgeting, services, appointments, baptisms, task lists, and more.
User: Any person accessing the application Church Manager. Users may have different roles, each with specific access rights according to their profile. The main roles include:
Account: Personal space created on the application by a user, allowing access to certain features depending on assigned permissions.
Website: The official website of Church Manager. from which the application is accessible, or any other associated domain hosting the services of Church Manager.
Administrator: User authorized by the church to manage its data and access advanced features (e.g.: creating budgets, managing members, validations, etc.).
The User acknowledges having read and understood the GTU. If they refuse any part of the clauses, they must immediately stop using the Application. The Publisher reserves the right to modify the GTU; the updated version becomes enforceable upon publication. Continued use implies tacit acceptance.
A. Church Account Creation: the Church agrees to provide all required accurate legal information (name, address, legal representative, etc.).
B. User Account Creation: is done through the Admin form or via a registration link generated by the Administrator, who is solely responsible for its distribution. Any unauthorized access resulting from uncontrolled sharing of the link shall not engage the Publisher’s responsibility.
C. Validation: a Member is only active after validation by the Administrator.
Lost credentials: the Church assumes full responsibility for any consequences related to the loss, theft, or disclosure of Administrator or Manager credentials (e.g., data leaks). The Publisher cannot be held responsible for such internal failures.

Availability & Appointments: any person (e.g., pastor) who provides their availability accepts that this information may be visible to Members to allow for online appointment scheduling.
Registration via Link: facilitates direct assignment to a service (worship, welcome team, etc.). The Administrator must ensure secure distribution of the link.
Modules available at launch: Services, Members, Budget, Appointments, Groups, and associated algorithmic automations.
Features in development: Baptism, Drive, Task List, My Churches, Programs. The visuals presented on the site may include these modules which are not available in the first version; their later release does not constitute a contractual obligation.
Algorithm Accuracy: proprietary algorithms have been specifically developed to meet the needs of Churches; they remain the full intellectual property of the Publisher.
1. Data visible to Members: first name, last name, birthday (with the option to hide the birth year).
2. Administrator Access: all Member data is accessible to the Administrators of their Church, solely for:
- profile management
- attendance statistics,
- organization of services, groups, and appointments,
- internal communication (emails, personalized notifications). Any other use is the sole responsibility of the Church. The Publisher disclaims any responsibility for the use of data for purposes unrelated to the Services (prospecting, external marketing, etc.).
Do not divert the Application from its ecclesiastical purpose.
Provide accurate, regular, and up-to-date information.
Comply with applicable laws (personal data, intellectual property, hate speech, etc.).
Do not attempt to fraudulently access other people's accounts or data.
The code, structure, databases, algorithms, and all original content of Church Manager are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or commercialization is prohibited.

3. Support priority: support requests are handled fairly; however, based on the plan, priority order may apply (SLA).
The Publisher makes its best efforts to ensure availability, security, and accuracy of the Services, without obligation of result. Its liability shall not be engaged:
in the event of credential loss or disclosure attributable to the Church,
for unlawful use of data by the Church,
for any indirect damage, loss of profit, data loss, or moral prejudice.
Once you have subscribed to a higher plan, it is not possible to downgrade during the current commitment period. This measure ensures the continuity of services and advanced features associated with your subscription level. Any request to downgrade will only be considered at the end of the current subscription term, subject to compliance with the specific termination or renewal conditions stipulated in your contract. We reserve the right to adjust this policy, with prior notice provided through in-app notifications or email, to ensure the best possible experience.
The Church or User may close their Account at any time. The Publisher may suspend or terminate access in the event of:
serious breach of the GTU,
fraudulent or unlawful use,
legal obligation or court order.
The GTU may be modified at any time. In the event of substantial changes, a notification will be sent via email or displayed within the Application. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
The GTU are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Publisher’s registered office, subject to any specific jurisdiction assigned by a particular law or regulation.
