Involved in his church, Arnold notices that despite the goodwill of the teams, management relies on several scattered tools. It becomes difficult to track information over time, to find certain important data, or to have a clear overview of activities. To address this, he develops an initial internal application, PhiOne, to centralize information, reduce administrative burden, and simplify daily organization.
In discussions with other churches, he realizes these challenges go beyond the walls of his own community: without a single platform, tracking services and members remains approximate — for example, it's hard to know how many members, women, men, or young people the church actually has. On the spending side, the issue isn't management but traceability. The need for a truly centralized system then becomes obvious.
To meet this growing demand, Arnold teams up with two IT and security experts, Jonathan and Romuald. Together, they create Church Managera simple, secure, and reliable tool, designed to help churches manage their activities and sensitive data with peace of mind.

Church Manager includes a very comprehensive volunteer management module. Create a database with the skills, availability and preferences of each volunteer. Automatically assign them to services (welcome, worship, technical, children), send reminders by email or SMS, and track their commitment over time. The system also allows you to manage schedules, avoid duplicates, and thank your volunteers for their involvement.
The Church Manager calendar automatically synchronizes with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar. All your members can see upcoming events, register for activities, and receive automatic reminders. Leaders can manage rooms, avoid booking conflicts, and publish the worship schedule. Everything is centralized and accessible from any device.
Create and easily manage your prayer groups with Church Manager. Organize circles by neighborhood, theme or age group.
